A native of Minnesota, where he graduated from Saint Olaf College,
Steve and his wife Jane first discovered the Red Feather Lakes area while stationed at Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming from 1968 to 1972. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1975, Steve practiced law until 1979 when he entered the real estate profession. Steve established Lone Pine Realty in 1983. He has served as a director of the Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation/Water and Sewer Associations since 1983 and as a member of the Glacier View Meadows Subdivision Improvements Agreement Management Group since 1991. Special interests include running, golf, scuba diving and most any other outdoor activity. |

Nolan Larkey

Nolan Larkey moved to the Red
Feather Lakes area from his native Kansas in 1985 and joined Lone Pine
Realty as the Branch Broker of the Red Feather Lakes office in April
of 1987. He developed an interest in home building and design and has
been a knowledgeable source of advice and support for property owners.
For 5 years, he contributed to the community as a wild land/structure
firefighter and medical responder. He is currently licensed in
Colorado and is a
member of the Ft. Collins Board of Realtors. Nolan enjoys golf,
camping, hiking and more recently, has developed a serious interest
in photography. A collage of his images is displayed in the
Red Feather Lakes office. He and his wife, Harline, share a passion
for animals and Nolan has been actively involved in the training and
care of their Great Danes and horses for 25 years.

Patsy Laubach

A Colorado native, and resident of Glacier View Meadows since 2001,
Patsy joined Lone Pine Realty the summer of 2006. After receiving an Associate Degree in Travel
Administration from Metro State College in 1991, she worked for Continental Airlines in International ticket sales, and then Carlson Wagonlit
Travel in Loveland. She and her daughter are avid hikers and truly
enjoy the abundant wildlife and peaceful beauty of this area! |

Russ Wiedeman, GRI

Russ was born
and raised in Northern Colorado, where he earned his bachelor's
degree in Industrial Arts from the University of Northern Colorado.
Russ moved to Fort Collins in 1983 and has been selling mountain
property in Larimer County since 2002. His hobbies include wood
working, camping, fishing, golfing, and gardening. Give Russ a call

Maria "Stella" Anderson

Stella joined the
Lone Pine Realty staff in 2009. Stella and her husband Donny
moved to the Red Feather Lakes area in 1996. Stella enjoys the
outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing and taking in the fantastic views
and observing the abundant wildlife. Family is very important
and Stella and Donny enjoy spending as much time as they can with
their 5 children and 3 grandbabies.

Marge Rosenbach

Marge
joined the vacation rental staff in
the fall of 2010. She has been in the property management business
for more than 26 years and managed a 300 unit apartment community in
Fort Collins for the past 23 years. She is putting her vast
experience and knowledge into her work here at Lone Pine Realty.
Marge and her husband Dale built in Glacier View Meadows in 2000
when the last of her 4 sons moved out and they became empty
nesters. All Marge’s children live in nearby Fort Collins. She has
10 grandchildren and loves to spend every minute with them that she
can. Marge loves the outdoors and all its beauty. Her special
interests include hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding,
quilting and photography.
