Dancing Deer Chalet Map
Built in 2002, this spacious modular home has large rooms and spectacular mountain views. Its incredible setting provides both solitude and breathtaking views at every season. This home is aptly named, since the nearby meadow and forest are home to many deer, moose and a variety of other wildlife. Upon arrival, you may be greeted by playful bunnies and chipmunks or the squawking calls of jays and hawks. The fresh, fragrant air confirms that you have chosen the perfect mountain getaway.
Once inside Dancing Deer Chalet, you will be delighted with the large rooms. The wall of windows in the living room allows you to relax and unwind in comfort as you absorb all the spectacular view has to offer. The well-designed kitchen allows the cook to showcase his/her talents. All appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are provided. The open living and dining areas bring everyone together while meals are prepared. If you prefer to grill your evening meal, whether it’s your catch of the day or something brought from home, the grill on the deck makes that possible. Just don’t get caught up in the view and forget to keep an eye on what’s cooking!
For outdoor guests, the nearby lakes in the Crystal Lakes development offer quality fishing, the numerous hiking trails provide paths for the novice to expert hiker (or snowshoer), and horseback riding is available at a local stable. If you prefer to stay “home” and relax, sit on the deck, enjoying the view, bring your favorite games and hobbies, and take advantage of the time together.
Because of its setting, Dancing Deer Chalet has a clear view of the sky. During the day, golden and bald eagles, ravens, osprey, and a variety of other mountain birds soar above. The beautifully colored smaller birds will venture close in search of a handout. In the evening, the clear mountain sky is filled with countless stars and planets. Finding the constellations is a great way to while away the time.
