Altitude Adjustment is a quaint, cozy cabin surrounded by pine trees. With its lofted ceiling and open floor plan, this cabin encourages family togetherness and shared evenings in the cozy warmth of the wood stove. Spend your afternoons picnicking on the back deck or wandering through the woods and your evenings enjoying movies and family game-time. Finally, when the day is done, climb up to the loft bedroom and sleep in the solitude of this mountain home, body relaxed and mind rested from the mountain medicine of an altitude (and attitude) adjustment.

Altitude Adjustment has electric heat and a wood stove for your enjoyment. The back deck holds a nice picnic table and barbecue grill.  This quaint cabin has one bedroom and a three-quarter bath and sleeps four in cozy comfort.  When you’re not dining in one of the local restaurants, prepare your meals in the full kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker. NOTE: Daily fishing passes (required) can be purchased at the Crystal Lakes office.  To fish the North Fork Cache la Poudre River or any steams in the area, a Colorado fishing license is also required.  All moving water fishing is catch and release.

Aspen Inspiration

Located in the gated community of Fox Acres and close to one of Colorado’s premier golf courses, this beautiful ranch style condo is situated in a very secluded area. Backed up against a large aspen grove, this home has a unique mountain feel. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 (1 king, 1 queen) gas fireplace in living room, microwave, coffee maker dishwasher, electric stove, TV, DVD/VCR, full size washer/dryer and gas grill.

Or, seek comfort indoors and curl up on the sofa with a cup of coffee and take in the fantastic views.  The living room gas fireplace radiates warmth and gives a cozy comfortable feel to the home’s ambiance.  This home offers an impeccable mountain character with tasteful furnishings and elegant decor.
Upon entering the home you are greeted by a foyer that leads to the living room/kitchen area.  Located under a vaulted ceiling, this area is perfect for entertaining and preparing gourmet meals for friends and loved ones. Serve meals in the formal dining area as you engage in conversation and share stories down memory lane. Additional seating needed? No problem, extra seating can be found at the kitchen’s bar area.  If you prefer to cook meals outdoors, a gas grill is provided for your convenience.

Also located off the foyer to the left is the master bedroom, affording the perfect sleeping accommodations with a king size bed and master bath.  The guest bedroom, with a large queen sized bed and a window that opens to a quaking aspen grove is sure to provide a restful night’s sleep.

Highland Hideaway is a cedar-sided, contemporary home located in a secluded forest setting with year-round access.  The relaxing sound of flowing water from the North Fork Cache la Poudre River can be enjoyed from the large deck that overlooks the beautiful wooded surroundings.  This solitude offers ample opportunity to view the local wildlife, which include moose, deer, elk, bobcats, hawks and eagles.  The mountain air is clean, and the fresh smell of pine welcomes you to the forest.

The interior of the home is as welcoming as the exterior.  With hardwood floors, large windows, cathedral ceilings and the warm comfort of an electric stove reminiscent of the old Franklin stoves, time spent inside the hideaway is as inviting as time spent outdoors.  A modern, fully equipped kitchen including dishes, flatware, utensils, pots and pans will accommodate all your culinary needs. A stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area allow you to do laundry if you have the luxury of a longer stay. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or dine at the picnic table on the deck.  When it comes time to say goodnight, three private bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, await your dreams.  One of the bedrooms opens to a balcony that allows you to stargaze before you crawl into the cozy comfort of your own bed.

The Three Bears

When you arrive at this remote cabin, it is just-right, just-right, just-right! The Three Bears offers the enjoyment and seclusion of a mountain getaway. Located at the end of the road, with the national forest on two sides, you have all the freedom to hike and explore to your heart’s content. This cozy cabin offers the perfect getaway for you and yours. Sleeps 4 (1 queen, 1 double). Nestled among large pine trees, The Three Bears cabin affords the perfect ingredients for a secluded mountain getaway.  Enjoy a cozy fire in the large wood burning fireplace and pull out one of the many board games available to play with the family. The open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling provides a comfortable setting while you prepare meals.  If weather conditions permit, prepare your meals outdoors on the grill while your family and friends relax on the oversized deck.

  As evening approaches, the comfortable bed on the main level will seem to call your name with the anticipation of providing you with a good night’s rest.  The loft area includes additional sleeping accommodation,s with a queen size bed and a double futon. AHHH, the perfect retreat.

  Enjoy your morning coffee while lounging on the deck or walk the property to see the metal sculptures designed and created by the owner, which seem to greet you as they “pop-out” amongst the trees  Visit the recreation shed, which offers many outdoor games and recreational equipment for you and your family to enjoy.  Try a game of horseshoes or darts.

On the shore of Lake Letitia in Red Feather Lakes Village, this charming, cozy cabin offers a retreat from your busy life. Lakeside Delight is a cozy mountain cabin with a friendly, welcoming décor.  If lakeside vacationing in a beautiful setting calls to you, Lakeside Delight fills the bill.  Relax on the large deck overlooking the lake or enjoy the glider with your favorite beverage and enjoy the gentle lake breeze. Take a stroll down to the lake shore and let the water ripple over your toes.  Tall pines shelter you, and chipmunks, ground squirrels and other little creatures entertain you with their antics.

After a day of fishing, light the fire in the living room stove and prepare your catch in the convenient, fully equipped kitchen while the family plays games or watches movies in the living room.  Whether you prefer oven baked or grilled trout, a delicious meal awaits.

After dinner, the glider provides an excellent viewing area for enjoying the night sky.  Twinkling stars and steady planets seem close enough to reach out and touch.  You might curl up before the wood burning stove and read a book before retiring to one of the two bedrooms.  The master bedroom, as well as the living room, is tastefully decorated with the art of the owner’s mother.  A new queen bed affords a sound night’s sleep as a gentle breeze wafts through the open windows.
