Our History

Lone Pine Realty was established by Steve Koeckeritz in 1983 to offer real estate services specializing in mountain properties in northern Larimer County, Colorado, including the communities of Crystal Lakes, Glacier View Meadows and Red Feather Lakes.  As a Crystal Lakes property owner since 1970, Steve saw a growing need for locally based real estate brokerage services as Crystal Lakes and Glacier View Meadows neared the end of their development stages and matured into the established mountain communities they are today.  Since our beginning in 1983, we have enjoyed the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers in more than 2,000 transactions involving a wide range of mountain properties.
